The luxurious 1,900 s q. foot office space, will be home to the company’s agents in Orange and Osceola counties, as well as the Chief Operating Officer, Dan Walters, a Dr. Phillips resident. With offices in Tampa, South Florida and Ocala, this new location will allow the firm to offer the highest quality Real Estate solutions to its clients and customers in the Central Florida markets.

With the addition of COO, Dan Walters and his team earlier this year, Robert Slack Fine Homes has grown from four agents three years ago to over 150 agents throughout the State of Florida. Robert Slack Fine Homes, LLC estimates completing 1,200 transactions by the end of 2017 and, in line with their growth strategy, and the opening of new offices, expect that they will close over 2500 transactions in Florida in 2018.
Dan Walters Takes Over Operations For Robert Slack Fine Homes
Dan Walters joined Robert Slack as his partner and COO to assist with growing the company and continuing Roberts vision for Robert Slack Fine Homes. Dan a veteran of the real estate industry and operations in hospitality for over 30 years. Dan is also a member of the National Association of Realtors ®, a member of the Dr. Phillips Rotary Club, Board Chair at the Dr. P. Phillips YMCA and a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Dr. Phillips. I am married to my beautiful wife, Ellie and have two wonderful children, Jonathan 27 and Stephanie 20 and live in Bay Hill located in Dr. Phillips.
Short term company goals are:
- Recruit outstanding agents in key locations throughout the state of Florida
- Develop an Onboarding and training program to assure our new agents and current agents are successful.
- Create structure and consistency within all aspects of the company.
