Keigan, a Keiser University alumni from Hollywood, Florida, graduated with honors as a Phi Theta Kappa with an associate degree focused on graphic design, modeling, animation, interactive design, and programming. After graduating, he completed training for CompTIA A+, Network and Security certifications, providing a well-rounded foundation in IT Support and Administration.
Since joining the Robert Slack family as its IT Support and Applications specialist in May 2020, he has provided Technical and Platform support, development, and administration for agents and employees across Robert Slack and its affiliated companies. Keigan helped with building and refining the company’s IT Infrastructure as well as expanding and improving our technology stack. He has served as integration liaison, global systems and database administrator for many of our key platforms and services. In 2021, Akers was promoted to Director of IT and is thrilled to continue supporting our family of agents and staff at an even higher level.
