Debbie is a seasoned operations professional with over two decades of experience in both domestic and international settings. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, she ventured overseas for several years before finally settling in Florida in 2017.
As a valuable member of the Robert Slack team, Debbie has been making a significant impact since joining the company in February 2020. With her exceptional leadership skills, she has successfully led the international and Orlando-based team members to achieve higher conversions, streamline processes, and drive innovation. Her contributions have not gone unnoticed, as she was awarded the prestigious “Employee of the Year” award in 2021.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Debbie is also responsible for delivering world-class training programs at Robert Slack. Through Slack Academy, she provides newly licensed agents with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, and through Slack Pro, she helps experienced agents reach new levels of proficiency.
