Dan grew up in the small town of Cranfills Gap, Texas and has been happily married to Ellie Walters for 12 years. They have two children, Jonathan and Stephanie, who both work with the Robert Slack company.
Dan’s journey in the real estate industry began in 2011 when he obtained his real estate license and quickly built a small team of agents. In 2015, he merged his team with Robert Slack as the COO, and eventually became the CEO in 2021. As CEO, Dan oversees the day-to-day operations of The Robert Slack Group, which includes Robert Slack Real Estate, Florida Funding, and Florida Title.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Dan has a passion for golf and managing his thoroughbred horse operations. In 2021, he achieved a significant personal accomplishment by winning the Owners Championship at Gulfstream Park.
