Lucas Rowell is the South Miami-Dade & Florida Keys Regional Team Leader for Robert Slack LLC. As a New England native, he first moved to Florida in 2006 after joining the United States Coast Guard where his area of responsibility spanned from Key West to Columbia, South America. Upon completion of service, Lucas began his career in real estate and pursued his degree at Florida International University, graduating with honors where he received his BA focusing on business, law, psychology, and criminal justice. As an enthusiastic member of the community, Lucas has been a part of numerous start-ups and loves all aspects of business and entrepreneurship. He has become a consistent leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients’ and team’s interests. Lucas is well-respected for his unparalleled professional track record and high ethical standards, along with being an honest, hard-working family man who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients’ and his team’s success. In his free time Lucas is actively involved with the community and local veteran organizations. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children; exploring, traveling, free diving, spear fishing, world schooling, coaching his son’s sports activities and helping his children’s homeschooling co-op group to build strong well-adjusted independent thinkers and leaders for tomorrow.
