Lauren Bowen joined Robert Slack, LLC in October of 2014. Lauren became team leader in Ocala in January 2018, a position once coveted by Robert. Lauren takes great pride in making sure her team not only succeeds but succeeds to a level that they themselves did not know possible. She strives to make sure she is available to her team whether it be day or night, so they know they will always have the support they need. Since becoming team leader, Lauren has not only grown the Ocala team in the number of agents, but she has also helped shape them to be the leading conversion, transaction, and volume team in the company for 2020 and 2022. In March of 2021 Lauren was promoted to Senior Team Leader Director. She now oversees all 12 team leaders within the Robert Slack company. In April 2023, she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Lauren is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Louisiana, and North Carolina.
Lauren has been in real estate for 9 years, which also includes her own management, development, and purchases of investment properties. Prior to real estate, Lauren worked in the healthcare industry, specifically in the Operating Rooms.
Outside of her life with Robert Slack, LLC, Lauren has been married to her husband Joe Bowen for 10 years. They are the proud parents of their two children Jase (9) and Aria (5). They also have 4 small dogs and way too many other animals to mention. They love traveling with their children and strive to show them as many places around the world as possible.
